Holistic Individual Therapy and Groups to Support Mauli Ola

NOURISHING MAULI OLA WITH MINDFULNESS/KILO

Tuesday September 17, 9:00am-10:30am

Learn the basics of trauma-informed mindfulness and kilo, a Native Hawaiian practice, to support your mauli ola (wellbeing). We will be mindfully eating, mindfully walking, and mindfully listening together in a friendly welcoming environment. You’ll have the opportunity to talk story with one another in the group, as well as in pairs. Please bring something to write with (and in) as we’ll also be doing some journaling. See you soon!

KŪPUNA KŪKĀKŪKĀ

Mondays 10/14, 11/18, 12/2 at 2pm

This is a special group for our beloved kūpuna (elders) where we will nourish mauli ola (wellbeing) by talking story, building pilina, moving, breathing, and eating together! This will be a lighthearted and supportive gathering. If you need help with transportation, you can call the Maui County Office of Aging to set up an interview to determine eligibility for free assistance with rides

MAULI OLA SUNDAYS

Sundays 10/13, 11/17 at 2pm

Join us for 45 minutes of mauli ola (wellbeing) nourishment! Each session will have a different theme, such as sleep hygiene, breathing activities, mindful movement, relationship building (pilina), pono thinking, relaxation, and other topics informed by group requests. This is a talk-story style group where we learn about tools for our wellbeing toolbox and sit in compassionate community.
